Returns

Items can only be returned if they are either damaged upon delivery, or where the wrong item is delivered to you. If you receive the wrong item having ordered a specific one, we will replace it with the right item or provide you with a full refund.

You have 24hrs to notify us and send a picture of the item as received and Three (3) working days after your item has been cleared returnable by us, to return such item as received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the criteria for goods that can be returned such as, it must either be a non functional or wrong item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase etc.

List of items that cannot be returned include but is Not Limited to:

• Consumable goods
• Jewelry
• Cosmetics and body products
• Clothing, under wears and swim wears
• Hair extensions
• Drinks
• Sextoys

If you cancel an order or return a product in line with this policy, we will refund the amount you paid for that product, provided that you have not accessed/used the product.

Do note however that any returned item will be diligently checked within 5-7 working days for signs of damage, wear and use. In the event such item has any of these signs showing that you have accessed/used the product, you will not be eligible for a refund or replace and your access to our site might be revoked. The replace of an item is strictly performed on our terms and we reserve the right to turn down a replace.

When picking up your item at your local pickup location verify the content is as it should be. If there is an error, please immediately hand over the incorrect or damaged item back to the boomyaga representative.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/account or original method of payment OR we will issue you (subject to your approval) our coupon of the same value as your returned item.

You will receive the refund within 48hrs, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that you have the option of applying the money to be refunded into buying other items on our site using your coupon. In the instance you choose to use your coupon, kindly send an email to care@boomyaga.com.

Shipping

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and the User is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
